Perry Engineering

From Canetrains

Perry Engineering, based in Mile End, South Australia, was known for building steam locomotives for the sugar industry and other industrial users.

History

Perry produced distinctively Australian-designed steam locomotives, often filling the gap when British imports were difficult or expensive. They were robust and well-regarded.
